As of now, the Internet of Things (IoT) online rate of the BaiKouQuan Oil Production Plant in Xinjiang Oilfield has remained stable at 98%, with data accuracy reaching 99% and equipment integrity rate maintained at 95%. The plant has shifted from merely "building well" to "managing well" and "utilizing well", laying a solid foundation for the digital and intelligent transformation of the oilfield.
The BaiKouQuan Oil Production Plant has upgraded its technology to optimize its management model. In software development, it has added an electronic ledger system and dual-end editing functions, making data recording more accurate and maintenance more convenient, and enhancing the precision and efficiency of inspections. The plant has also moved all alarm settings and interlock management for oil and gas production to online operations, increasing process efficiency by 90%.
Furthermore, the technicians at the BaiKouQuan Oil Production Plant have developed an intelligent detection program that automatically identifies abnormal data in the production operation management system, raising the availability of the oil well electrical dynamometer system to 80%, providing a reliable basis for analyzing the status of oil wells. Additionally, the standardized debugging tool for the electrical dynamometer system developed by the technicians has been successfully applied to over 500 devices, reducing maintenance costs for oil wells.
Talents are the key support for effectively managing and utilizing the IoT. The BaiKouQuan Oil Production Plant has built a fully functional IoT training base using old equipment, supporting practical training in four major categories including network communication and parameter configuration, with over 15 items. This has effectively enhanced the skills of local employees.
